  1)链霉菌分子遗传与调控 

  2)药物研究与开发 

  研究内容 

  微生物次级代谢产物的生物合成与调控以及药物研发。采用分子生物学、遗传学和化学分析等策略对次级代谢产物的生物合成和调控机制进行解析,以获得新型的活性化合物和药物前体,并建立细胞水平的生物活性检测模型进行化合物筛选和优化。曾从事人体过敏反应中信号转导途径的阻断及抗过敏药物的研发等;在研项目为链霉菌中信号分子介导的抗生素生物合成与调控、利用基因工程和代谢工程等对抗生素生物合成进行优化、微生物间信号通讯系统的解析等。有关研究成果发表在J. Allergy. Clin. Immun.Allergy 以及 Mol. Microbiol. 等知名刊物上。在应用研究领域获得了抗过敏性疾病的候选药物和国际PCT专利,并在美国、中国、日本等8个国家授权。
